How long are the counselling sessions?
Individual session 50 minutes. Couples session 60 minutes. EMDR 60 minutes. All sessions are normally weekly (unless otherwise agreed). Once a mutual day and time have been agreed this will be your regular session.
How many times will I need to come?
Counselling can last from a few weeks to much longer depending on the issues you bring to our sessions.
How will I know if counselling is for me?
That is something we will discuss during our initial telephone conversation to establish your needs and hopes for counselling.
When can I see you?
My usual working hours are 11:00 – 19:00 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Weekend appointments by special arrangement.
Do you offer online sessions or home visits?
I can offer online sessions and home visits if needed.
Do you share my information?
All information is completely confidential. I will discuss this further at your assessment. Your contact details WILL NOT be given to anyone.
