How long are the counselling sessions?
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are normally weekly (unless otherwise agreed). Once a mutual date and time have been agreed this will be your regular session.
How many times will I need to come?
Counselling can last from a few weeks to much longer depending on the issues you bring to our sessions.
How will I know if counselling is for me?
We will meet for an assessment session to discuss your needs and to establish that you feel safe and comfortable with me. If that is the case we will arrange an appointment for your first session.
When can I see you?
I have day, evening and weekend appointments.
Do you offer online sessions or home visits?
I can offer online sessions and home visits if needed.
Do you share my information?
All information is completely confidential. I will discuss this further at your assessment. Your contact details WILL NOT be given to anyone.
