I’ve worked with young people for many years, providing a safe space for them to explore issues around anxiety, anger, bereavement, depression, school avoidance and self-harm.
I generally use a Brief Solution Focus counselling model which encourages them to explore what is already working well and what would they like their brighter future to look like.
